High
Pressure Water Jetting Pumps from Gardner Denver.
With
thousands of high pressure and high flow triplex and quintuplex
bareshaft water jetting pumps in service, Gardner Denver Water
Jetting Systems has become the industry standard for rugged dependability
and ease of maintenance.
The
Gardner Denver Inline fluid end has become the industry standard
for rugged dependability and ease of maintenance. The Inline pump
produces pressures to 36,000 PSI and flows to 140 GPM.
Gardner
Denver’s Standard L design fluid end produces pressures
to 15,000 PSI and flows to 63 GPM. This fluid end can be easily
rebuilt in the field using common hand tools and features high-volumetric
efficiency, up to 99%.
The
Sectionalized L fluid end is designed for higher horsepower/higher
flow pumps. This design features individualized stuffing boxes
and fluid cylinders with common suction and discharge manifolds.
It produces pressures to 10,000 PSI and flows to 274 GPM. When
compared to large mono-block fluid ends, this pump offers cost
and weight savings and provides greater ease of cylinder replacement
and maintenance when necessary.
